Conceptual MENA’s Refund & Return Policy

At Conceptual MENA, we value our clients and strive to deliver the highest quality of services and solutions. To ensure clarity and transparency, this Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or returns may be considered.
- Services Provided
Since Conceptual MENA primarily provides consultancy, creative, and project-based services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service has been initiated, delivered, or completed. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure client satisfaction.
- Project Deposits & Payments
- Deposits paid to initiate projects are non-refundable, as they cover resource allocation and initial project planning.
- Milestone payments are also non-refundable once the milestone has been delivered and approved.
- Purchases
- Conceptual MENA accepts payment by Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in USD, AED, and SAR for its products and services
- All online purchases are also governed by the terms and conditions of the respective merchant service providers
- These Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matter discussed in these Terms of Use.
- A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing, signed by an authorized officer of Conceptual MENA.
- Payment Confirmation (for Services)
- Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
- Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- If a service was paid for but not initiated or scheduled.
- If Conceptual MENA is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen internal reasons.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to our official email address.
- If a cancellation is made before a project has started, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Conceptual MENA.
- Once the project has begun, no refunds will be provided.
- Event Ticket Refund Policy – (If doing an Event for a client)
- Refund requests for event tickets will only be accepted if submitted at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Any requests received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
